There's a guy over on KLOV looking for the code TSC which he has a manual for but can't identify what game it is.

There's a few Nintendo codes listed here: https://www.mikesarcade.com/cgi-bin/spies.cgi?action=url&type=info&page=NintendoList.html

Haha, yeah I know I just replied in that thread before you :), I Suggested Space Battleship as the name of that game, however I don't know what the TSC could stand for

Also coincidentally I found that code list last night which helped me compile some of this list

Cheers! Rich

When I picked this TSC (TSC-GM) cocktail two days, I knew it was unusual because I had read the thread on KLOV. So iposted there to see if someone could shed a light.

Everything (overall shape, buttons, serial plate design etc...) on it screams Nintendo but Nintendo is written nowhere.
Same for the manual (except on the blueprints where you see a Nintendo in some bottom right name boxes)

And actually, Space Battleship is a good guess for a Galaxian clone as it seems it may possibly be...

I'm not sure whether you are being sarcastic, but that's pretty good! - "Zoo Fever", considering Block Fever came just before it (a breakout type game also) so i'd say "Fever" is good and "Zoo" - well what other "Z" word is there? - maybe they intended to have other animals in there at some point!

Cheers, Rich

GM = Germany, BG = Belgium, HL = Holland, UK = United Kingdom, IL = Ireland, US = United States,

These are all the country codes I can remember ever seeing (on the web, not in person :)). I am looking fo a TRS-UP-UK!

Couldn't the CH stand for Championship or Champion rather than Character?

I wondered about that

Quite possibly, good point there

I will try and update this page with more info about cabinets and also cocktails and where they have been found around the world, for example has anyone ever seen a UK upright Donkey Kong? (Non converted) or any upright Nintendo cabinet after Radar Scope outside of US and Japan?

I have an upright Space Firebird cabinet, which is an ongoing restoration project for me. Thread on here about it). It has been converted to play Donkey Kong during its life.

http://www.ukvac.com/forum/nintendo-space-firebird-upright-restoration_topic348779_page1.html

The model number is TST-UP-IL
The serial is 00343

I always assumed that the first T in the model number was a shorthand for NinTendo. Not sure if i read that, or imagined it :)

Hi, all I started this thread a while ago to talk about the codes Nintendo used on their arcade cabs and what the meanings behind them were but I have gone back and updated the first post and just made it a general reference for all Nintendo cabs up until the V.S. system, to include model numbers, release dates, regions released in, flyer reference pics etc, etc...

Hope its useful to some, I still need to add more known model number info for many of the machines so it's not finished yet

Cheers! Rich
