Tantalum capacitor at 9E is damaged. May be something, may be nothing. Some of the Chinese 'B' boards being sold recently aren't even populated with those (cheap for a reason)
Also check your voltage at the edge connector using a multimeter. That A board is a POS by the way lol! I'd try and get some money back for this if I were you if you're not returning it.

yea, we agreed on partial refund, so ended up with an "ok" price, would be lot off hassle to return, get back taxes etc, genuinely think the seller was unaware (and quickly accepted both return and then we settled on a quick partial refund to sort it), as when I push down on certain parts of the b board it does seem to have clean picture, but certainly it do have some bad connections and needs a cleanup.
