Can anyone shed any light on the memory configuration on a Falcon Crazy Kong please?

According to the schematics I should see 6x2115 ram @ 11T, 11U, 11V, 12T, 12U, and 12V, and indeed I do see that on one board as you can see below:

However on the board I'm working on I don't have that configuration at all and I'm baffled.  I see this:

What looks like ram chips - An 8 pin chip @ 11U, and another @ 11S....and then a 9 pin chip @ 12U and 12T.

Anyone seen this configuration before?  I *think* I have a possible failed ram chip @ 11U and I have absolutely no idea what it is

Bottom left chip is an F74175DC
Top left chip looks like it has a 7 and maybe a 1 in it?

Anybody got this board?

The chip @ U11 is a 74LS367....I'm still not sure about the rams.  That's a bit of a guess

Anyway I've fixed this now.  I thought the fault was at U11.  I have changed that for a 74LS367 and tha game is working again
