Long, long time ago we were on holiday in Ingoldmells, my dad was fishing at a lake and we went to meet him. My sister was about 10 at the time and she pointed up at a 'flock of seagulls' (80's reference) one decided it was going to let go of its bowels, and my sister caught it in her mouth !!!
Best holiday ever and she hates me bringing it up even now, 30 odd years later

Just drove back from a day out and doing a pass by in the car it was up there in the same spot in the pouring rain keeping watch, I said to my wife I bet if I get out of the car it will come and get me!

The evil blighters have continued to hound me pretty much everyday aside yesterday! Then I saw this on the news...

Maybe the attacked someone else too! I hope they were not the ones shot, even though they have hounded me, the baby seagull was probably just about ready to fly.

I know how aggressive birds can get when protecting their nests. I got dive bombed by sea birds while kayaking round flamborough cliffs. Caused my mate to capsize, he couldnt roll so had to get out. We couldn't be seen from the beach so I had to rescue him. Empty his boat across mine and help him back in risking capsizing my self. Was quite exciting

You know what these basts have been at me everyday again this summer! same pair, anyone else walking about, nothing, as soon as I come along they go crazy and start swooping. What did I ever do to them!!! I think they must think I am someone else.
