Anyone know what type of stick this is or what machine it may have come from?

Got in a bunch of spares and looks pretty specific.

Update: Looks to be a reproduction Williams/Taito stick

Yeah, they're the repo ones.
The originals were of a slightly heavier gauge metal and were yellow passivate plated.
