240v to 24v invertor

I’m looking for a voltage dropper to drop 240v to 24v dc to operate some electrics in a have lorry.
Have seen the normal power supplies on eBay but they are like switchers which would not have enough grunt.

I guess what I’m looking for is a step down like the ones maplins sold that converted to 110v.

Anyone have any ideas?

Trucks use 24Volts DC so what you actually want is a 24VDC power supply.

You can mount it on a DIN rail up in the corner of the trailer out of the way.
