Amm 60009 5v line

Restoring a cocktail table but having issues eith the psu. I am getting the + & - 12v but nothing on the 5v line. I've tested traces,fuses, diodes, transistors, reflowed solder and im at a loss. My 5v drive isn't starting. Any help is appreciated

You sound quite knowledgeable and capable of home repair , however..

To simplify the job with better reliability you should consider replacing the low ampage linear psu with an arcade match switch mode power supply with a minimum of 16Amp at the 5v output to handle most 80s game boards suitable for running in a period cocktail .. an example is shown but generally cost £15-£30

AC Mains/earth in +12v. +5v -5v & Ground outputs see typical eBay model pictured

Sorry for late reply, I do have some electronics knowledge which is why i wanted to repair that psu, I did buy a new one like you recommended but now just a black screen. Power getting to the board also.
