Analogue device thread

Hey I took the plunge and picked myself up a Super NT SNES clone from analogue today. Money is a bit tight but I got asked from loved ones what I wanted for Xmas so I just said chip in for this.

With these devices getting mainstream attention and companies like limited run and I am 8 bit releasing old console games on original carts I just wondered how many people on here have these new consoles and how they are finding them? And also whether we will start to see more and more rerelases of games now that a good modern method of playing them exists?

Lion king on the SNES next yr for example and Aladdin on mega drive from I am 8 bit surely wouldn't have been made without the demand along with the limited run releases of classic star Wars Nintendo carts

Good topic, i have an original SNES i play on, and didnt notice the analogue brand until they appeared on one of my social medias with the handheld, i still play on all the retro consoles i own with original software, so the handheld really made me sit up and take notice.

I have signed up for the pre-oders, and will probably be a day one purchaser as i havent read a single bad thing about the products they have produced so far.

What is more interesting to me though, and i had this discussion with someone at work, why arent some of the big hitters in the game looking at getting them to make some genuine modern hardware for them as they clearly know what they are doing.

Ordered 2 Mega SG's from them to go to friend in the US and she forwarded them to the UK, my mate in UK opened the Box as I am away and the f@ckers only sent 1!! Dimensions on the FedEx Label shows twice the weight and a bigger Box that they sent! So probably stuck the wrong Label on the wrong Box and some f@cker got 2 by mistake. Now trying to get the idiots to resolve it! FFS
