Just wondering as this was a bit of a favourite game of mine BITD and it just can't be played right in Mame without the correct joystick. It was never a really popular game or one i was great at but i always played it, it just was fun...

Have any survived?

would be nice to see some pics - i think this is a game a bit like Juno First, not really known back when it was in the arcades but if you get a chance to play it you will love it and always want a cab

It's a great game, I'd never played it until last year and was instantly hooked. It's a game that NEEDS to be played on a proper cab as there's just no way to emulate the movement properly. Cab is nice too. The instant replay is always a giggle too

I have a mate in Chelmsford that has this. I never played it back in the day, but am addicted to it when I visit him. I'll get a few photos next time i'm there.

Omg, my grail cab, these never come up for sale, here or in the US, rare indeed.

I do have a PDF tech drawing of the gimball linkage if anyone wants it.

I had one until an unfortunate incident last year involving a lot of water and a wall collapsing

Anyway I saved what was worth saving and will maybe build one from scratch at some point...

The joystick is analogue and is a work of art:-

The gimbals had been replaced but were terrible. Virtvic on J+ was kind enough to send me a couple of replacements he machined, and are even better than the Atari originals.

I've also got a few boardsets which seem to go for a fortune on ebay even if non-working...

There was an empty Food Fight cocktail cab that went on ebay around 2003 and the only one I've ever seen. Was up for £100 start but got pulled, I've always wondered who bought it...

I went on holiday to Great Yarmouth every year when i was a kid and i never saw a Food Fight there. The only one i ever saw and played was in Blackpool. I don't know the name of the arcade though.

That's the maddest joystick I've ever seen!
I'm trying to figure out how the thing actually works.
