Bomb jack rom read error

Hi all,
I just bought this bomb jack
It is stuck on front end
Rom 0 ok
Rom 1 ok
Rom 2 ok
Rom 3 error ?
Rom 4 ok

Can some one please help

I bought a cocktail taito , from a vendor from me they operated from 73"
And she is still going and was the first female in the arcade games industry (respect due there )
Her father modified the wiring on the cabs putting in his own 24 pin te connectors for easy swap in swap out boards
Pre jamma .
Also putting in his own monitor frames for switching to horizontal.
That's why I bought this bomb jack its one of his boards - has the te 24 pin loom and astral sticker
He has sadly passed away now.
It is one of his from his days - so I thought it only right to buy it and let's get working- back inside one of his taito cocktail ?? cabs. We can all have a drink to that. ??. So please any help with rom error would be massively appreciated. I have a tester and am going to check first I have 5v on rom 4 pos easy repair with jumper wire?

If bad rom where can I get a good rom?
Can I piggy back good room on bad ?
Does anyone service bomb jacks ?

The rom should be in a socket, so you can simply pull it out and either replace it with another, or wipe it clean and rewrite the data on it. If you have a logic probe, you could check the pins are active on the roms.

As well as bad 2114 rams

Where do people by their replacement 74ls74 ?
I want some for piggybacking
