Bit off topic, but can one here recommend a really good weather proofing to paint and protect my new games room (and I may as well do the fence while I am it!). I want something very very protective and long lasting.

Eh they don't make that stuff like they used to, thanks to health and safety. Ronseal isn't bad though.

Its not cheap though. Painted my house with it a couple of years back and seems to be wearing pretty well.
