Chuck for 15mm drill bit?

I need to drill a hole in a wall using a 15mm diameter masonry bit, but it's too big to fit the chuck on my drill, and all the adaptor chucks I can find online only go up to 13mm. Do I need a special drill or something, to use a bit this big? Any help appreciated.

you can buy special drill bits that have a 13mm shank but drill bit is larger or use an sds drill perhaps?

After some searching, I've managed to find a masonry bit with a reduced shank. Cheers Steve.
