Thinking about getting a cab delivered from the states, does anyone know the cost to import a dk cab and any reliable company's that do this sort of work? from Youngstown, Ohio,

My understanding is that a pallet (so single cab) is likely to be in the £600 - £700 region from the East Coast. Not a clue where Ohio is! But I don't have specifics, you'd need to find a shipping company to get a quote from for specifics. I'm also not sure that includes VAT and Import Duty. That could well be extra.

If you're going to do it you really need to get in on a group buy shipping an entire container. Doing one at a time is massively expensive, the costs come down a lot when shared 40 ways.
