Thought this might be of interest to some here if you like your pinball games.
First and foremost, it's an homage to the PC Engine pinball game Devil Crash. In my opinion Devil Crash was the best example of non-simulation pinball available for a long time and really showed what could be achieved with a digital pinball game.
Right away it's clear Demon's Tilt has taken the same basic table layout, with an identical theme with three tiered playing fields and several sub tables reachable after certain goals. If you didn't know better you'd mistake it for a port.
However on top of that they've added all manner of extra mechanics such as bullet hell style patterns that effect the ball, teleports and all other sorts of widgets and a crazy amount of goals.
To be honest it is in danger of becoming a bit overwhelming at times and it can be difficult to pick out the ball with all the on-screen mayhem, but otherwise I had a blast.
It is free on Xbox Game pass right now, and you can also pick it up on Steam.
I'd recommend playing the Ex mode as the normal mode doesn't have the sub tables. I'm currently ranked 6th on that mode on Xbox, although I don't think that will last long!
