Discoloured 'Patch' On Screen

[ukvac] Discoloured 'Patch' On Screen
Hi, can you help!!

My jamma cab monitor has developed a 'patch' about 3" round which
appears to be discoloured. This patch is located in the upper right
section of the screen.
How has this happened?
Can I rectify it?

Have you recently moved the cab? If so it sounds like the degaussing
circuit isn't working.

Yes the cab had been recently moved. How do I get the degaussing
circuit working again? Where abouts on the monitor is it?

Hi, it's a 'Wells - Gardner', I cant find any model number though.
It is fitted to a 'mercury' cab made by euromax. Im not sure of age.
