Dreamcast VGA probs

just received one o those DC VGA cables from fleabay - I get a picture buts it too dark to do anything, do u think its faulty or im just thick??

now ive tried adjusting the contrast and brightness, made the picture worse!

none of the other tellys has a vga socket DOH!

its working, was just a minor connection issue
