EBay shite

So, I bought a two player Pandora from ebay (no returns)
Sold as non working, seller says it stopped, but now can’t find the power supply.
item arrived with two cracks down one side, and damage to base.
i contacted seller and told them about damage with was oddly obscured in original pics by a can of beans!
Seller denies hiding damage, saying the beans were to show scale (go figure)

So I put the damage down to miss handling by Evri.

However, on closer inspection, it does work as I have the power supply from other PB
one screen has damage, screws have been removed from base so someone’s been inside.
worst of all, the USB socket you are meant to use to put the game roms into (this version normally comes without games)
is completely missing! Removed from the circuit board
its not fallen off as it’s not inside the machine

when I told seller about the damage, he said to take the pics of the cracks down or he’ll show EBay his set of pics that show no damage.
The box was not damaged and no broken parts were found in the packing

what would you do??

UPDATE: managed to load games from other onboard USB thankfully
but screen has damage
any way to fix this or is a replacement needed?

Sounds bit like the LCD TV I won on ebay years back, guy said he was really annoyed as it just stopped working while watching football, blatantly lied to my face as I picked up the TV the power supply fell out the back, was separate one but should have been fixed in, psu been apart and components missing, connected up a 24V psu I had and TV didn't work either, just scum some people

Yup i just had this issue as a seller , But , My description was correct he even send an identical picture of what was on my listing !. Nothing I could do, Not worth aesing around with. If you just return as ' Not as described ' They have to pay return postage and give you your money back no matter what, This is even if they have listed as no return and for spares or repair only. Thats what mine one on at.

In your case this is good , mine it was not ! lol

Even if it was damaged in post its still the sellers responsibility, return for a refund and the seller can put in a claim with the delivery company for the damage.

Cant seem to get a working link but it appears to be item 318012832889, set search option to completed or sold for it to appear.

The sellers name is eggbaconandbeans.

From the pictures in the auction it looks like there is no damage there as shown above, so likely done by courier or accidentally damaged after pictures taken?

Nice detective work. From the item description it doesn't mention that the beans aren't included in the sale.
I'd return as not as described as the beans would be an expected bonus.
Expensive for a pandora too
