Oh I never sell anything. I paid £1800 for my 180sx in 2007 and even then some thought it was a bit too much.
I look now and there's folk trying to sell other variants that would've been £200 in the 00's for £4000 now, and what would've been £5000 for £25000!
Honda NSX's were almost within touching distance financially once. Screw it now, stupid money.
I remember when I saw an RX-7 with a popped engine for two grand once and didn't fancy the hassle...
There is another parallel with arcade stuff though. You can pay through the nose for a car from yesteryear, but you're going to have a sodding nightmare getting spare parts for it or finding someone local who'll maintain it properly, so you need to know what you're doing with a spanner or you're frankly, a bit foolish or looking for a driveway ornament.
