We would like you to know that we are very much still in business and would like to apologise to you for the delay you experienced with your order, we trust that you have now received your goods and that they are satisfactory.
Grandata has been trading for over 20 years and we have many thousands of satisfied customers, occasionally we also have dis-satisfied customers of which we try to help and solve any problems as fast as we can.
The comments on this forum have seen our internet sales almost halved since they have been listed on search engines, a vast majority of our customers find Grandata to be the best and most certainly the cheapest around and we would very much like to continue to provide our customers with this same level and in the future a better service.
Once again Grandata would like to apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused and look forward to a better business relationship in the near future.
