Ordered some parts from this company over six weeks ago..
They seem to have disappeared,Not Answering the phone or E-mails..

Anyone else having the same problem?

Did you ever get a response? I asked around and the general consensus appeared to be they're not too hot at customer service but nobody was aware of them being wound up. If they are goners then I'll update the VAC sources list.

Had no joy,still waiting for Order they seem to have just vanished,their Website is still running ..

Looking at their new address it seems to be a block of flats.

Maybe on a six month's holiday............

Orderd parts from hear 2 weeks ago. Not used fror years. Parts not turned up, Phone allways on answer phone, website will not let me log in. Replied to confermation email. Got a reply that it got damaged in transit? Will not be used again.

Grandata has been trading for over 20 years and we have many thousands of satisfied customers, occasionally we also have dis-satisfied customers of which we try to help and solve any problems as fast as we can.

The comments on this forum have seen our internet sales almost halved since they have been listed on search engines, a vast majority of our customers find Grandata to be the best and most certainly the cheapest around and we would very much like to continue to provide our customers with this same level and in the future a better service.

Once again Grandata would like to apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused and look forward to a better business relationship in the near future.

Welcome Grandata and thanks for coming along to address some of our members' concerns. Would you be able to get in touch with 'astro' to help get to the bottom of their problems?

In case you tried to use the Private Messaging (PM) function earlier and found it was disabled, I've enabled it now should you want to contact astro or retromanic2 directly.

Well FWIW - I'd like to say to grandata that they have successively handled dozens orders from me over the years flawlessly: Im sure this must be a singularity situation hopefully and Grandata have visabily demonstrated that they take customer service as being important and lets hope it gets resolved quickly for retromanic2 and Im sure we all appreciate your efforts to remedy the situation.

Indeed, as we're all old-school hobbyists we might see a time what this forums members can get a discount code at grandata and thus promote their business :) And in return we can promote your business as what I consider it a valuable asset to our forum community :)
