Cheers dude. Why is it that other people seem hell bent on getting you messy when it's your birthday? I was all up for a quiet night with a few friends but ended up in the usual places and found my bed at 4am.

Shows I can still manage it I suppose, but I'd really rather not!

Cheers all. As it happens, me fathers just got back from a couple months in NZ so there's a fresh litre of JD gracing the side now! Normally we settle for the cheep imitations...

I like your website buddy, needs an update but makes a good read

Thanks but there's nothing to update it with I'm afraid. I've been pretty much dormant in the hobby for a few years now. When we moved house I had probably over two years where all my arcade stuff was in storage and quite frankly I had little choice but to find other stuff to amuse myself with. Unfortunately I've never really got back into it.

I'm seriously considering mothballing all my kit and slimming down the collection right now as I'm fed up with having crap everywhere (ahem, sorry, quality 80's goodness

), so the only update the site is likely to get will be to disappear!

Seriously considering swapping my workbench and office so the office is back in the house and the workbench is up in the shed. Itll mean i never leave the house, but the cost of heating the shed all winter is getting ridiculous. If I do, then I'll have a period when we make a concerted effort to play stuff and evaluate what stays and what goes. The big dilemma is all the repair kit. I've got £1,000's worth but the prospect of not having the ability to repair all my own stuff is completely alien, hence probably just mothballing? Really don't know at the moment.
