My name is Kevin and I'm from Belgium. My arcade journey started in 2017 when I built a full-size Raspberry Pi arcade. After that I started building a virtual pinball machine and started collecting real pins along the way. A couple of months back I stumbled upon my first arcade machine and I have since bought several more to restore.
I want to continue along that path and make a small arcade. Currently a private one, but who knows what it might grow into. It would be a dream to open a public arcade hall, but I'm not there yet at all
In light of that I have some questions that I hope to get answered here:
- There are several price guides for arcade prices in the US, but are there any for Europe? I feel like arcade prices here are way more expensive than in the US
- What are good places to buy more arcades? I can't seem to find a for sale thread on here, and in general it seems really hard to even find authentic arcade machines for a normal price.
