[ukvac] Help needed with Defender - Guildford, Surrey
Hi Guys,

I sold my Williams Defender to a chap in Guildford, Surrey a few
months ago and it has now developed a fault. He is completely non
technical and is ideally looking for someone who could make a service
visit.

I would be really grateful for any offers of help (he will pay of
course) or recommendations of a service engineer. On or off list to
the_hartwells AT yahoo DOT co DOT uk.

thats the_hartwells AT yahoo DOT co DOT uk rather than

Not sure that will stop the spammers.

Mayor without any success.

Do you have any info at all on what is wrong with it?

Does it power up? Anything on screen? Rug pattern? Any sounds?

Might help someone diagnose as I know some people can repair boards but not
monitors etc.

All I know is that the monitor comes on pink..?

Best if he signs up here and posts directly I think, I don't know
enough about his problem.
