I try to make my own mame thing using an raspberry pi since I'm unhappy with the amount of things all other images have.
I got advmame running so far but I have no ideea on how to get the inputs working.
The inputs are connected as per the attached schematic.
A lot of links on the internet lead to this driver https://github.com/mmoller2k/pikeyd
Anybody got the time and knowledge to make a small step by step tutorial on how to get this thing working? RGB-PI uses the same method for controls inputs but I can't manage to see how the driver is implemented.
Any help is much apreciated.
