I have had a mess and no matter what I turn in the back makes no difference. There is a Diguise issue it seems also out of focus but I aint no expert on these at all.

I was wondering if it wanting capping ??

I just have disguise issue now and have no clue so may be asking around at some point.

Dave.

P.S I will just show you what sort of luck I have , My wonderboy Bootleg that WAS mint is now broken with graphical issue (Not amused) so I grabbed my Original and thats was perfect !!! Well for 5 minutes then Video died :-

So I took it back up to the repair room and fixed that.

Fired it up and started to play and then the sodding audio crashed and now keeps crashing mid games. I mean WTF do I have to do for some luck ??

Not good dude! Screen is looking awesome though!!

Are bootleg PCB's typically quite unreliable?

Yeah it will likely be the same on your repair rig as the damage could already be done. It seems strange two good boards have gone in and now have issues.

Check the voltages coming out of the PSU as it could be damaging things. I've heard my boards (universal) really hate even the slightest bit over 5v and can be damaged from the smallest amounts long term, obviously big spikes will kill stuff faster.

I used to refurb game gears, must have fixed well over 300 of them. It's always caps, they used the worst caps i've ever seen.
h my
Best game on Master System (maybe). Also, a great version on PC Engine, but it's not called Wonder Boy.

master system yep!
I will double down on that ,,
And we played monster land and that’s great 😁 as well ..
All the goodies in the shops ..
And the secret money to get power ups early ..
