I'm utterly amazed that he felt it worth the time repeating that. Don't they have an allocated 7 seconds per delivery to get the job done?

My local drivers here seem totally happy with putting my Hermes parcels in a recycling bin ......

on a totally different street....

..... on the day the recycling is being collected.

(true story unfortunately)

Here's another one. Tried to claim damages from Hermes when this jiffy bag arrived torn up and the contents smashed to bits.

Hermes answer to this one was that the jiffy bag was 'incompatible with Hermes sorting machines'.... They didn't refund a penny.
