Homebrew / Hack : Larry The Leaping Lemming

So one of my favourite games was Jumpming Jack on the Spectrum.

Found a clone for Pico-8.
With fellow UKVACer Hurray Banana, made some adjustments to the code to :

(1) Implement a scoring system
(2) Hiscore Save
(3) Game difficulty (Holes get bigger by levels)

Hope this GIF gives you an idea of the gameplay:


Still to do : Get rid of glitches from the original. The collisions between monster and lemming are NOT sprite based and seem to be causing problems in later levels.

Pico-8
You need Pico-8 if you want to load the card and see the code or I can, and will, compile standalone versions for Windows, MAC, Pi, etc

OK..... here we go....... attached is the current WIP for Windows, Pi, Mac, Linux. Only one tested by me is the Windows version.

As said previously, it does have some bugs from the original that I would like to iron out. But its fun and playable.
