Ice Cold Beer

Just wondering if anyone has ever seen a digital version of Ice Cold Beer or something similar?

Also are replicas of the machine or build guides available? I remember seeing somewhere that somebody had made their own version of the game or similar..

There's an ICB 'emulator' (well, simulator, really) for the PC that's been around a while. I did have a go at it a good while ago, and seem to remember it was pretty good! Never played the real thing, though.

Thanks big10p, that's amazing, seems pretty close to the original although a bit easier.

Will have to have a look at the Pinmame version. Would be nice to have something in a higher res/ more realistic.

Nice, I think all the info there is on this is on the YouTube page. It was just showing a prototype cabinet from an Australian company called homepin.

I think I prefer the Taito Artwork and Music by far.

Somebody else made one of these I think possibly a UKVAC member.. I think I saw it in a video by Chuckie Egg although could be mistaken...It played the "what shall we do with the drunken Sailor" theme. I didn't see it that long ago I jus have a terrible memory.

Found loads of information on building from scratch etc, would love to build one but it's just another thing I'd buy parts for and never get around to making (plus it doesn't look easy). Maybe I'll do a digital version with pinmame? Never used pinmame before so will have to try it out over the weekend.

yeah that's a good one, I certainly wouldn't know the difference.

I saw his scratch build video explaining how he fabricated some of the parts. I think this was the point where I though I'd give it a miss trying to build one.
