I picked this up cheap! No clue how the thing is credited etc? The pc is not posting not sure it's worth faffing with? considering ripping guts out and installing mame?

Open to ideas if anyone knows how to credit them etc?

These things tend to have some kind of security dongle for the PC, which may have something to do with it failing to boot.

If it's a PC and touchscreen, just install the quiz games on it, there's a link somewhere on here with a 4gig file of games, or turn it into a jukebox.

I think I broke the pc completely! the psu was spooling up but no display, now it won't spool up unless the plug that powers the cpu is unplugged, I was trying to guess the power on pins on the mobo and got sparks!
