can i post pictures here direct from my phone ??? i used to down load onto my pc then arse about with sizes before i posted, but i can post pictures direct to facebook via my phone.

Not sure on Android - I know iPhones can. Windows phone cannot at the moment. However I am awaiting the Amber update so will test again once i've installed that.
