I'm building a repro monkey ball control panel and just need to finish the wiring looms to complete it.

I have completed the 2 spade to 12 pin AMP UP for the start button and a 4 pin JST to 26 pin I/O connector for the Op Amp to IO.

So i just need to connect the joystick to a 6 pin JST which plugs into the IO. Question is 'Where do the relevant wires connect on the two analogue pots of the joystick?' I think they're technically referred to as 'volume' pots

I have the 6 pin JST wired as below:

Pin 1 YELLOW - I believe this is Vertical
Pin 2 YELLOW - I believe this is Vertical
Pin 3 RED - I believe this is Horizontal
Pin 4 BLUE - I believe this is Horizontal
Pin 5 WHITE - Ground
Pin 6 WHITE - Ground

Anyone know where each wire connects to the analogue 'volume' pots?

Thanks man. I literally don't have a clue what i'm looking at! :ROFLMAO:

Hoping for something like below:
Pin 1 YELLOW - Vertical Pot Left
Pin 2 YELLOW - Horizontal Pot Left
Pin 3 RED - Vertical Pot Right
Pin 4 BLUE - Horizontal Pot Right
Pin 5 WHITE - Ground either pot Middle
Pin 6 WHITE - Ground either pot Middle

So on my analogue stick
Wire white & red is ground
Yellow red is Vcc
Brown is the output.

X & y /. Hori / veritical … no worries if it’s wrong just switch round to correct.

Cn6 - player 1 I think is pin 1/3/5/7/9
Player 2
2/4/6/8/10

If not then it’s just Player 1 123456
But I’m keeping with the norm of
Player 1 & Player 2 being wired in linearity it is most likely the former .
