Hi All,

This is my current stock having sold most of my AES (home carts) many years ago :

Nam-1975 AES - bought from Ravengames in 2002 for £65

Viewpoint AES - bought from Neostore.com in 2001 for £150 (ouch that was expensive !)

Alpha Mission 2 AES - bought from Neostore.com in 2002 for £68

Prehistoric Isle 2 - MVS £180

Blazing Star - MVS £150

Viewpoint - MVS £110

Metal Slug 1 - MVS £40

Windjammers - MVS £30

Puzzle Bobble (Bust a move) - MVS to AES conversion bought from Ray Young at !Arcade!

I use a Phantom 1 MVS convertor (again bought from Ray Young at !Arcade!) to play the above MVS games on my Neo-Geo home console which is a Japanese one running at full screen so 60hz. Pictures to follow !

Although I now have a number of Atari cabarets including Tempest, Asteroids and Centipede I still have a softspot for these brilliant and addictive Neo-Geo games. Yes you can see I'm not into beat 'em ups which kinda makes the Neo-Geo a strange choice but it does have some great shoot 'em ups as mentioed above. I'd be interested into what other games people rated of course!

Cheers

Mark

Looks like you have a nice selection of games there! I defiantly enjoy all of those you have! As for other games you worth checking out, I would say Top Hunter, Spinmaster are always good fun! I'm a bit of sucker for The King Of Fighters series personally... Do enjoy Robo Army too.

"Last Resort" is on my list to get too but that will have to wait for a while, the sound in that game is amazing !

Come to think of it the metalic sounds in Robo Army are great too...arghh too many great games on the old Neo-Geo "max 330 mega" !!!

Cheers

Hi All,

Pictures added and just bought a 161-1 multi MVS from Shawn at Neo-Geo.com so I can play additional games like Robo Army and Metal Slug X as the MVS carts are now becoming too expensive, as you can see I like shoot 'em ups and not beat 'em ups !!! My machine is a Japanese one with a low serial in the 60,000 range so the picture is great with an RGB scart lead :

Hi Roger - I got a discount as I am a loyal customer so it was around £70. He has the later 2016 versions as many of the earlier carts released prior to 2016 have bugs in them...

Cheers
