New Arcade for my collection

Does anyone know who would have made this and what time period?
I`m guessing mid 2000`s as it states retro games.
It`s actually really well built, I`ve put a new PC in it and dedicated it to SHMUPS.
Did a load of custom graphics for the user interface came out really nice.

Looks like its a fruit machine of some type that has been converted, pretty sure that payout section lower right Ive seen before in the wild.

Is there stickers on the back or inside to give you any idea?

Nope no stickers anywhere.
The screen is vertical and it had 1 of those cheap emulator boards with pacman and bomb jack etc etc.

All the art screams it was built for emulation.
Red and black button on front i put in place of 2 key switches that did bugger all inside lol.

Yeah its a bit small for a claw and there is no room inside for the mechs. Flat screen is definately deliberate.
Is an odd 1 for sure lol.
Got maximus arcade running on it but i really need to choose a newer front end
