James,

How did you hook up the Scart Connector to the TV? I know you can't just
plug the RGB, Sync into a normal TV, so what componets(resistors) do you
need on the RGB and Sync levels? I can take it you can just use the +5V from
the PSU to Pin16 (Input Video Blanking).

Course ye can :) Just down the brightness down a bit if need be.

Yes. If you want to be really cheap you can also drag the sync line
here and it will work with 99% of TV's.

*through a 100ohm resistor* to +5V.
