[ukvac] OT: Wireless Boosting , 802.11 / Pringles cans?
Off toic I know but your all techie gimmick junkies so thought id ask.
Im trying to boost the pickup from a 802.11 wireless setup
Seen people using Priingles cans as antennas for upto 12db
Also noticed Linksys make a small 802.11 booster box
Wondered if the booster (looks like 10 components) is a schematic
anywhere or if anyone has played at boosting wireless at all?
Any thought appreciated , if not apologies for OT.
