Is it normal for a Pacman pcb to run quite hot when running on DC
voltages? (No conversion done or anything, just feeding 5VDC to it on
the AC lines).

Board is happy enough running like it but i'm wandering why it's quite hot.

Genuine Midway board BTW.

Sorry for the dumb ass question - not really done much with Pacman boards yet...

Martin.

Sorry - it's a habit of working for an American company!

That, and just been a lazy arse bastard that likes to lie in, in the
mornings and muck about with all this old tat at night that a certain
other collector keeps dropping off round my house )

Getting through stuff at an alarming rate at the moment though. Which
is obviously cool.
