Anyone having trouble with PayPal today?

Trying to pay someone as a gift and it says - sorry having trouble at the moment.

Plenty of money in my balance but it won’t let me pay £15. Can’t even transfer money from PayPal back to my account!!!!

Just did a couple of transfers and was ok for me.

I will try again later. Have even tried to add money and it won’t allow.

Is there a limit you can do over a 1 year period of gifts? Sold a few pintables recently so have made lots of transactions.

I think there used to be a sending limit, but I can't remember what that was.
