It probably worked ok till it went Ito storage 😁😁😁😁😁 the 7474 flip flop just needs a patient engineer to restore game !

Joking apart I can’t recall what must have happened here but Atari it could have been one we got vandalised on the M6 motorway when I serviced machines for Associated leisure in the early 80s and it just got into a box been left to fester for decades with a few other odd bits 😢

If you file the edges smooth, drill a hole in the corner, it would make a great keyring.

What is marked as C26 appears instead to be a diode? I'm not sure it has been repaired correctly. Good luck in your repair.
