Put PCB in a conductive or antistatic bag , Don't just bubble wrap it !

Wrap with a few layers of bubble wrap ideally the pink stuff.

Get an oversize and sturdy box, Extra Cardboard can be used on on the base and sides to make more sturdy / stiffer or to pad out.

Line the base and sides with foam or polystyrene or equiv. Dont use popcorn packing chips. You want a good inch or so all round to stop the pcb hitting the sides of the package.

Put you PCB in the box with extra bubble wrap and popcorn.

Add a top layer of foam or poly making sure loose spaces are filled so the pcb is held sturdy in the middle and does not rattle around.

Tape up box firmly and securely.

Ensure Address is written clearly and firmly attached, won't smudge if wet or get torn off.

You could use LOTS of bubble wrap instead of foam or flooring underlay type foam to protect. Main thing is to have the pcb firmly held and protected inside and not be rattling around !!

Common sense really !! - Don't use flimsy boxes and two layers of bubble wrap !!

You can also double box if its fragile.

Cheers, Col
