I'd best get my baseball bat and boxing gloves on and get down to town and start a Q.

What a load of hype (again), I've had nothing all week but constant bombardment of emails all starting their sales early, one even said Black Friday fortnight sale??? how does that work then? I must get daily emails from Zavvi telling me its 80% sale that day.

Ho Hum.

Just remember to stay away from Amazon. Hit them where it hurts and squeeze them into paying some tax, same as everybody else.

Damn right, I stay far away from Amazon - try sell something with them and the customer complains then they refund the whole amount, leaving you with no item and the postage costs - terrible service for sellers

Sorry guys I've had to do it.

Most of the things that we've been waiting to buy are considerably cheaper on amazon than anywhere else (that i know of) today.

They have some really good deals on all of the current gen consoles today.

eBuyer have been nothing short of brilliant for me whenever I've needed their assistant. Most of the time it's them that tells me the item is still under warranty and can be exchanged. Got a new graphics card out of that this time last year. A new router before that.

Picked up the Witcher 3 on steam for 50% off. Pretty happy with that. Beyond that, money's a bit short this month so not looking at anything else.

I have to say I have had nothing but great service from ebuyer, they have always collected faulty items and all have been replaced or I have had a credit for discontinued items

Hmmm interesting love for Ebuyer. I have been using them for years and of course when I order stuff and they send it, and it works, everything is fantastic.

But however over many years and a few (as compared to stuff ordered) incidents I come to the conclusion that they have a concerted effort to not pay out if they are held responsible for a problem. The last incident took almost two years to resolve, and STILL they took some money off for the use I had out of the item (never mind it was a SSD that failed spectacularly causing a whole load of arse with it)

Perhaps the matters guddler refers to above are where ebuyer have - presumably happily - informed you to deal with the manufacturer directly and therefore no loss to them. Perhaps it's just my bad luck. No matter - it doesn't make a difference what it is and how good a deal it is, one more incident like the last would make it not work the money, time and bother. I don't buy off them ever now. Unfortunate.

Crack on but YMMV!! :)
