Actually powerful enough to run an OS and chunky IDE like QT now. Says it can run windows 10 too (if you're that way inclined). I tried QT on a B+ but was a little sluggish; still worked though. The web browser was also quite slow on B+.

With it nearly at 1Ghz (quad core) and 1GB of ram, it's starting to look like a 'real' PC (you know what I mean)... no doubt you'd make a descent netbook from one now.

I bet MAME runs pretty well on it now.

I got given a Raspberry Pi 2 today. Not a bad gift at all!!

Now I s'pose I should find something cool to do with it... right now, I have very few ideas.

Help me out lazyweb

There's so much you could do. My work colleague has made an automated 'M&M sorting machine' (no really! It went viral with over 1m views on YouTube). You could put retropie or MAME on it. I'm using it to show my daughter what a computer essentially is, how to code, and play Minecraft. I also have a project for it as a live map to update my family on my commute status (via my iPhone).
