repair a chase hq 2 steering wheel

my chase hq 2 steering is a bit worn . can i unscrew and replace the steering wheel or is it a full unit.
whats the brand of steering wheel on them
wheel feels very sticky.

Did you sort this out. I think its a standard Happ wheel on those.
