Site Maintenance error when uploading pictures

Is anyone else getting the following error when trying to upload pictures?

is undergoing maintenance...

Still rebuilding other areas! Stay tuned!

I seems to have been doing this since yesterday evening. I've tried Chrome and Safari, same issue with both browsers.

You can also get the same error if you click on a users name in the last post section from the ukvac.com page that shows recent posts. That one's been there for a long time.
