Does anyone have a link to a good SVGA to S-Video / composite adaptor?

I picked up a 28" Toshiba CRT a few weeks ago to use with my Jim Bowley multi-williams JROK, but the TV does not have SVGA inputs. - only S-video and composite. Im looking for something like this........

How would that cable work? VGA doesn't contain SVideo or composite signals - don't you need a converter/downscaler box?

I'm guessing it combines the RGB into a composite, along with the synch and volume. 30 years ago I could have explained it, but not now lol.

Edit. Which reminds me - probably I need a 3.5mm to RCA for sound.bomjac2019-03-11 14:16:51

The cable pictured probably only works with certain laptops or video cards and will probably just be passively wired. I would suspect that the Jrok will only output VGA frequencies.

If you use one of those cheap converter cards from ebay (or most other units for that matter) , you will most probably get tearing and all sorts of lag and annoyances.

You would be better coming off the Jamma connector RGB and Sync, and then use an RGB to Svideo or comp converter / encoder.
