[ukvac] Tech : JAMMA Cab - No Sound or Coins
Hi

Could anybody advise of the possible reason
why my previously working JAMMA Cabinet will
no longer accept coins and will not output
sound on any PCB that I use in it

This machine worked perfectly until yesterday
when this problem suddenly materialsed after
I had been changing a PCB.

Are the coin input and sound output linked in some
way and maybe a dislodged wire has caused both problems

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check your +12v, I shorted out mine while playing around with the coin mech
once and the sound went too. Turned out it had just blown the fuse on the
PSU.
