If you put 'duke of lancaster' into Ebay in the Art section, you can see they are selling Art works based on the ship.

I think they are using it as a massive canvas for their work.

I spoke to a guy a few days ago in Bristol and he 'says' he know Banksy and a couple of guys involved and thats what they do, they go and find massive areas to paint, then sell that art in sell-able artforms.
