To cancel ebay sale or not?

Getting a bit messed around with a cab I accepted an offer on. I haven't been paid as I said I would prefer cash on collection. As of today, I'm able to cancel the order but wondering if I should or ask the buyer to cancel if they no longer want it. Unsure how to proceed, really. Any advice?

I would let them know that you would like to complete the deal by x date, and if they cannot complete by the agreed date that you would need to cancel and re-list the item.

Ok, thanks. I'm just unsure if ebay will mark me down in some way if I cancel. I certainly don't want to be charged any kind of fees!

I cancelled a few recently one for over a grand and no issues, hope that helps
