If a lot of people are saying it's too fast and even after they've played it, you should consider slowing it down, even just a bit or maybe make it an option in the dip switch settings. There are a lot of experienced shmuppers on here and they know what they're on about!

Hope Arcade Club have pledged on Kick Starter - I'd like to see this in a professional arcade.

That PCB design is just... awesome! I love that you have used hardware which isn't overkill. Like someone could of just chucked a overpowered ARM chip on this or something but nope you use a period correct chip 16 bit @ 25 MHz

I love it, it's fantastic and I may have to grab a board once my cab is sorted out.

I reverted the speed a long time ago, so now it is running exactly as the old windows-version.

As can be seen in the YT-videos.
