One of our relatives has been lucky to make it to his Birthday this year and due to his health issues is in full lock down.

Been trying to do a funny video using green screen (daughters room happens to be green) !

Being trying with two tools.

Filmora 9 . Used watermark version. This is better than free tool screening identity with green but waiting for it to drop under £50 Also seemed better at placing and moving stuff around easier.

VSCD: Free tool: Annoyingly not so great on identifying the green area but was better at looping the animation I used.

I just wondered if anyone who does video editing as this is my first go, what decent resource are for music and videos for background and sound effects etc. It was quite painful getting/finding a simple video for the background.

SO far found this for Free background videos https://pixabay.com/

And this site for free music e.g the happy birthday track https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Happy_Birthday_Song_Contest/The_New_Birthday_Song_Contest

I just wondered if anyone out there had any good resources of where to get this type of stuff.

Although great array of stuff on youtube its not in a download format.

Has anyone got a collection of free clips, sounds etc or do this for a living and can point me in right direction.

Wanting to do them flying thorugh the air or battling out in space or maybe stuck in an arcade macxhine next !

Thanks !

Ahh i did not realize they had two versions of Da Vinchi I know the paid tool gets excellent reviews.I'll take a look tonight at the free one, as that may do what I need hopefully. Just green screen and no watermark. I'll give filmora it's due it is great at editing out the green background. VSCD was a bit more fussy, even with the same clip. Needed some manual alterations.

Currently I have the kids dancing in the fridge, and piecing together some star wars clips !

I love in some tutorials as they go so fast, as they find it so easy !

Cheers

Thanks

You can download a 30 day trial version of Corel video studio, that does green screen

it never used to put watermarks on, so hopefully still doesn't!
