I dont know if the chassis and tube will go together
But you need to measure your yolk inductance before randomly
Plugging chassis in and powering them up

Google the chassis for more info or wait for one of the monitor repair guys advice before plugging stuff in
Daytonaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lets go away

As Grant says, it won't work. That's a MS-2934 chassis (vga 31khz?) I believe, ms9-29 tube has the wrong yoke for that.

Just a little note
Neck board has 3 little bulbs on it?

Like little valve lamps
Is that standard neck board for this chassis?

I’m going to find the required yoke deflection values?

Or the horizontal and vertical comparability values for this chassi
Then see if it is compatible with any of my other tubes
Pentranic flat
And sanwa tri syncs

I can check the Ohms
On this tubes h & v yoke confections tomorrow for ohms values
But I just read owners manual for ms 2934 and I could not find the required yoke values that suit?
Does anyone Know can anyone help me find the required parameters required on yoke for this chassi
To work with it?

Thanks In advance

ms2934 will be around 0.195mh horizontal, ms9-29 is 0.300mh horizontal

they are not bulbs on the neck card, they are spark gaps

Thanks
So do I need not worry about vertical values?
If the horizontal value is in range then I’m good to go?

0.33mhm on the horizontal with this wei ya
So could I in theory swap one of the nanao chassis with this ?

apart from it may be a dual focus chassis, the wei ya that is
the yoke tolerances on wei ya are similar to ms9-29

and you can't either of these on a ms2934 tube, the inductance reading is important- if you put either of these chassis on a ms2934 tube you will probably find the HOT will be driven to extremes and short out

i don't think so but you need the full inductance and impedance readings of the yoke to be sure

I’m giving up trying to swap chassi.
I will just stick to correct chassi to tube.

The whole thing of swapping just seems like a missivly bad idea
For many multiple reasons, but the one that really puts me. Off
Is increased X-rays,   I’m not in the mood for being microwaved today.
I will just keep safe and stick to path..
an keep them xrays Down to a minimum...
Safety first....

Thanks grant I have a chassi or 2 to send soon
And thanks for the fix power supply works a charm.
