Naomi GD Rom Serial cable

Can anyone tell me if I need a Sega original serial cable for connecting GD rom to net dimm board or is there easier to find replacements out there?

SCSI-2 male to male if memory serves, as short as possible.

Mo at videotronics probably has original used cables for a good price.
